100mm Kingspan Kooltherm K103 is a premium performance floor insulation that provide a thermal conductivity of just 0.018 W/mK. Used in applications such as beam & block, concrete and timber floors.

K103 is produced at Kingspan’s Pembridge manufacturing facility and is face on both sided with a glass tissue based facing, autohesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture.

The core of K103 is a premium performance fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic insulant manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero ODP and low GWP.

K103 has a better thermal resistance rating when compared to standard PIR due to the phenolic core.
