100mm Kingspan Kooltherm K107 is a premium performance pitched roof insulation board that provides a thermal conductivity of just 0.018 W/mK. K107 is used in pitched roof application either in between or above rafters, it has superior performance when compared to standard PIR boards, and hence a thinner board can be installed to achieve the same overall U-Value. For more information on U-Values please contact our expert team. K107 is faced on both sides with low emissivity composite foil, autohesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture. This reflective layer improves the thermal resistance of any unventilated cavity adjacent to the board. The core of K107 is a premium performance fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic insulant manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero ODP and low GWP. K107 is one of the best performing pitched roof insulation products. With its superior thermal conductivity, K107 replaces the older K7 pitched roof insulation board.
