140mm Rockwool Flexi Slab Insulation is a semi-rigid mineral wool slab designed to provide thermal, acoustic, and fire insulation across a variety of building applications. Measuring 1200 x 600mm with 2.88m² coverage per pack, this 140mm Rockwool Flexi insulation offers a thermal conductivity of 0.038 W/mK and is suitable for use in framed walls, floors, roofs, ceilings, and partition systems. The Rockwool Flexi Slab 140mm features a unique flexible edge developed using Rockwool patented technology, allowing the slab to compress slightly during installation before expanding to create a secure fit between the insulation and surrounding frame. This helps minimise gaps caused by movement within the structure and improves overall insulation performance. Manufactured from volcanic rock, Rockwool Flexi 140mm provides excellent fire protection with a Euroclass A1 reaction to fire classification. The slabs are strong, resilient, and easy to handle during installation, making them suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects without requiring ongoing maintenance.
