200mm Rockwool Rainscreen Duo Slab Insulation (1.44m2)
200mm Rockwool Rainscreen Duo Slab is an insulation slab with a dual-density composition. The outer layer of the slab is manufactured to a higher density allowing it to withstand the rigours imposed on site. The resilient inner face of the slab is designed to accommodate any irregularities in the substrate. Duo Slab is designed for use within the ventilated cladding and curtain walling and has been added with a water repelling agent during manufacturing to prevent water transmission through the insulation layers. They are easy to fit around the brackets and when tightly joined with the adjacent slab this will provide with continuous insulation thus eliminating heat losses as they are no gap between the slabs. Duo Slab is easy to install compared to standard stone wool slab as there are fewer fixing that need to be placed making it cost effective.
RW slabs are non-combustible with Euroclass A1 reaction to fire classification. They are manufactured from up to 97% recycled material making the product environmentally friendly. It also features Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and Zero Global Warming Potential (GWP).
