50mm Rockwool Flexi slab is a multi-use semi rigid thermal, acoustic and fire insulation, with a thermal conductivity of 0.038 W/mK. Flexi slab has a unique flexible edge, developed with rockwool patented technology allowing for fast and easy installation. The flexible edge ensures a perfect fit between the insulation slab and surrounding frame, thus making sure there are no gaps caused by movement of the structure. They can be used in a wide range of application such as ceilings and partition, as well as thermal insulation for floor, walls, and roofs. They can be used in both new build and refurbishment projects. This product does not require any maintenance and flexibility allows for easy transportation and installation, they are also very strong and resilient.
Flexi slabs are made from volcanic rock this makes it non-combustible with Euroclass A1 reaction to fire classification. They are manufactured from up to 97% recycled material making the product environmentally friendly and also features Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and Zero Global Warming Potential (GWP).
