| 90mm Kingspan Kooltherm K106 is a premium performance full-fill cavity insulation board that delivers a thermal conductivity of 0.019 W/mK, helping to achieve excellent thermal efficiency with a thinner insulation profile. Supplied in 1200 x 450mm boards with 4 boards per pack, Kingspan K106 90mm features a water-tight, vapour-open polypropylene fleece outer facing and a low-emissivity composite foil inner facing to help protect against moisture while maintaining thermal performance. Kingspan Kooltherm K106 90mm is manufactured with a premium rigid thermoset phenolic core using a blowing agent with zero ODP and low GWP, providing long-term insulation performance for full-fill cavity wall applications. A 10mm residual cavity is recommended between the insulation and the outer leaf for wall heights up to 25 metres, with the NHBC accepting the use of K106 90mm with a 10mm residual cavity, except in fair-faced masonry applications located in areas of very severe exposure.
