Offering excellent fire resistance, insulation, and durability, it is a key accessory for achieving high-quality flooring installations in both residential and commercial projects.

Application Instructions

  1. Mark Height: Identify the finished height of the fermacell® Dry Flooring Elements on the surrounding walls.

  2. Install Strip: Adhere the perimeter strip to the wall, ensuring it extends at least 5mm above the completed flooring level.

  3. Trim Excess: After floor coverings are installed, cut off any overhanging material for a clean finish.

  4. Adjust Height if Needed: Stack two strips when greater height is required.
