K-Rend Silicone TC 15 is a high-quality, self-coloured render that can be easily applied by hand or spray. This ready-to-use organic resin render provides a low-maintenance textured finish and is available in various textures (TC 05, TC 10, and TC 30) and a wide array of colours. For best results, prime the substrate with Primer TC before application.

Application of K-Rend Silicon TC15
- First Coat: Apply K Rend Base Coat.
- Preparation Coat: Prime with K Rend Primer TC.
- Final Coat: Apply K Rend Silicone TC.
- Ensure the background is clean, level, dry, and free from efflorescence.
- Allow freshly applied render base coats to cure for a minimum of 14 days.
- Mask adjacent surfaces, including windows, sills, doors, timber, glass, brick, and flooring.
- Protect weather-exposed surfaces.
- Apply K Rend Primer TC (color-coordinated to the topcoat) by brush, roller, or spray and allow 24 hours drying time.
- Apply K Rend Silicone TC topcoat to the thickness of the largest grain size using a stainless steel float and allow it to take up slightly. Rub the surface in a circular motion using a plastic float to create the texture.
- Complete continuous surfaces without interruption, working to a wet edge at all times.
- Protect the fresh render from rain and rapid drying; drying times may be extended by lower temperatures and/or high humidity.
