At Insulation Point, we want to make the return process as seamless and stress-free as possible for our valued customers. To that end, please follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth return experience:

Please reach out to our friendly customer service team at sales@insulationpoint.co.uk. Let us know your order number and the reason for your return, as well as whether you would prefer to return the items in person or have us collect them for you.

Once you've contacted us, it's important to carefully package the items in protective bubble wrap or similar packaging. This will help ensure that your items are returned to us in the same condition as when you received them. Please avoid using the original product box as an outer packing.

We'll provide you with the return address based on where your products were delivered in the UK.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of restocking the goods unless they are faulty or damaged. The restocking fee will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.

If any items arrive damaged, please inform us immediately (within 24 hours) by emailing sales@insulationpoint.co.uk. We will not be able to exchange damaged items for replacements if we are not informed within this time frame.

Kindly note that opened or used items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Special items ordered specifically from manufacturers cannot be returned or canceled once ordered and delivered unless faulty or damaged. Items directly delivered by the manufacturer cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
- Items made from powder-based materials and gypsum-based materials are not eligible for refunds.
