37.5mm Celotex PL4025 Insulated Plasterboard 2400x1200mm
Celotex PL4025 insulated plasterboard is comprised of a 25mm PIR insulation bonded to a 12.5mm plasterboard, giving an overall thickness of 37.5mm. Users are able to install both the insulation and plasterboard in one application, therefore reducing installation time. The boards have a paper face on the outside and an aluminium layer between the insulation and plasterboard giving vapour control qualities. All Celotex PL boards come with tapered edge plasterboard as standard. They can be used in a variety of application such as under rafter joists, timber frame lining, stud walls, solid masonry walls. The boards are suitable for direct dot and dab and can also be mechanically fixed. The PIR insulation element of Celotex PL4000 range has a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mk.
Manufactured from a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) that uses a blowing agent with a low global warming potential (GWP) and zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP). Installation of Celotex insulation boards provide reliable long-term energy savings for buildings.
Celotex was founded in the early 1920’s and today is one of the global leaders in insulation products. Celotex are part of the Saint-Gobain group which have a manufacturing presence in 72 countries worldwide.
